E, de acordo com o responsável pela pesquisa, Michael Stelzner, em 2011, as redes sociais viraram uma ferramenta primordial para ações de marketing, enquanto que, em 2009, eram consideradas uma estratégia ainda pouco clara para as organizações.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Para balizar sua informação, Stelzner relata que 99% das pessoas consultadas pela pesquisa concordam que as redes sociais são importantes para os negócios. No entanto, esse tipo de ambiente é considerado “muito importante” para 67% dos profissionais liberais e para 66% dos donos de pequenas empresas.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Entre os profissionais que consideram as redes sociais importantes, 88% apontam que a principal contribuição das ações nesse ambiente é aumentar a exposição das empresas, enquanto que 72% enxergam benefícios com aumento de tráfego e de clientes como resultado das ações em sites como Facebook, Twitter e LinkedIn.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Já entre os pequenos empresários, pelo menos 59% conseguiram firmar novas parcerias graças às ações nas redes sociais. Além disso, entre as empresas de menor porte, o volume de pessoas que conseguiram descobrir potenciais clientes qualificados nesses novos ambientes é o dobro dos demais consultados pela pesquisa. Sendo que 48% dos profissionais liberais e pequenos empresários ampliaram suas vendas como reflexo direto da exposição nesses sites.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Para 59% dos profissionais liberais e para 58% dos donos de pequenos negócios também houve uma redução nos custos de marketing, graças ao uso das redes sociais.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Quanto às redes sociais mais utilizadas para ações de marketing – como divulgação de informações, campanhas e eventos –, o Facebook aparece como o principal ambiente, usado por 92% dos entrevistados. Em seguida vêm o Twitter e o LinkedIn, com 84% e 71% das respostas, respectivamente. Os blogs e o YouTube/canais de vídeo aparecem em quarto e quinto lugares, com 68% e 56% das respostas.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Entre os pequenos negócios, um dos destaques é o LinkedIn, utilizado por 80% dos profissionais liberais e por 78% das pequenas empresas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/i&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span" style="color: #707070;"&gt;&lt;i&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span" style="color: black; A empresa entrevistou, por questionário, 100 profissionais da mídia, nas cidades do Rio de Janeiro, São Paulo, Porto Alegre, Belo Horizonte e Brasília, durante o mês de maio.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Os resultados foram apresentados na quarta (14/05), numa palestra com a sócia-diretora da Textual, Carina Almeida, no 11º Congresso Brasileiro de Comunicação Corporativa, em São Paulo.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Apesar de consultarem blogs, a maioria dos jornalistas consultados não os possui. Trinta e quatro por cento disseram que não ter páginas pessoais na internet.
